Acupuncture uses an integrated, whole-person approach that draws on both traditional knowledge and contemporary, research-informed care. Treatment may incorporate acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, dietary and lifestyle guidance, manual techniques, breathing practices, and movement therapies such as qi gong or tai chi, where appropriate.

Rather than focusing on a disease-labelled or symptom-based model, care is patient-centred and pattern-based, aiming to address the underlying drivers of illness. Assessment includes a detailed consideration of lifestyle, diet, stress load, emotional influences, and physical indicators such as the body, skin, tongue, and pulse. This allows for a deeper understanding of the individual’s physiology and adaptive capacity.

All acupuncture treatments include medical-grade red light therapy, used to support cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery. This integrated approach allows treatments to work at both a regulatory and tissue level, improving comfort and treatment outcomes.

Care plans are dynamic and responsive, evolving as the body changes, with the aim of restoring balance, resilience, and long-term health.

Natalie (Nat) is the founder of Radiant Chi and a qualified Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, holding a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) and an Advanced Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture.

Nat has created Radiant Chi as a calm and supportive space for people to restore balance in their body, mind, and nervous system, and to work toward sustainable, long-term health.

She is a gentle, caring, and compassionate practitioner who is deeply committed to helping individuals, families, and the wider community thrive. Her work is grounded in the wisdom of Chinese medicine and ancient philosophies that honour the body’s innate capacity to heal and self-regulate.

Nat’s approach is guided, personalised, and integrative, informed by clinical experience, functional medicine principles, and nervous system regulation. Treatments are carefully paced and continually adjusted over time to support sustainable healing, particularly for those with chronic, inflammatory, or complex health presentations.

She takes time to understand each patient on a physical, emotional, and energetic level, as well as how lifestyle and stress influence their wellbeing. This allows her to identify underlying patterns, address root causes, and support patients in returning to balance, resilience, and their most natural state - living with greater ease, presence, and vitality.
